Cancellation policy: a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or to reschedule your appointment is required otherwise full charge or a set cancellation fee charge will be applied before rebooking.
Printed Version of voucher required upon arrival.

Appointments must be booked and used before the expiry date. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

***Existing clients using vouchers for new customers only will automatically loose the voucher or will be charged a set fee.***

Contraindications (Please Read)

Arriving Late for your appointment: Will simply reduce the time for your treatment or result in loss of your appointment. In the circumstance that you are late (where applicable), this will potentially reduce the treatments effect and your pleasure.
Your treatment will end on original bookings finishing time so that next client is not delayed. We reserve the rights to cancel the appointment and charge the cancellation fee applicable to your booking, if you are 15 or more minutes late.
